Terms & Conditions – McArthurGlen Easter Promotion

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the Easter Gift Card promotion where customers who spend £300 or more will receive a £30 gift card (the “Promotion”). The operator of the Promotion is McArthurGlen UK Limited, Nations House, 3rd Floor, 103 Wigmore Street, London, England, W1U 1QS (“we” or “us” or the “Operator”).

2. The Promotion will run from 4 April 2025 to and including 20 April 2025 OR if earlier, the date that all available gift cards have been collected (the “Promotion Period”). There are 400 £30 gift cards available.

3. In order to enter the Promotion, you must spend £300 or more at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet (the “Outlet”) during the Promotion Period. The spend can be across multiple stores at the Outlet but all purchases must be made on the same day.

4. To enter the Promotion, you must be:

1. a UK resident; and
2. 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

5. Gift cards must be redeemed from Guest Services at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet on the day of spend and prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Paper receipts will need to be provided to the Guest Services team showing that £300 or more has been sent in one or more of the stores at the Outlet on that day.
6. Once evidence has been provided and subject to the remainder of these terms, you will receive a £30 gift card to be used in the Outlet. Please note that the McArthurGlen Gift Card is subject to separate terms and conditions.
7. Only one gift card can be redeemed per person.
8. The Operator reserves the right to replace the McArthurGlen Gift Card with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Operator’s control make it necessary to do so.
9. The Operator and any participating brand employees are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.
10. The Operator accepts no responsibility for gift cards or receipts that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
11. The McArthurGlen Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. The McArthurGlen Gift Card is only redeemable at the Outlet.
12. The decision of the Operator regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered.

13. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon redeeming the gift card. The Operator reserves the right to refuse the Promotion to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Operator, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the taking up of a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Operator, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participants prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions.

17. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
