We've been about family from the beginning, with a team of family members and friends and our secret recipes handed down over the generations we welcome you all to come and join our P+T Fam.
We pour our hearts, and our Jamaican soul, into all of our dishes. Using traditional Jamaican spices and techniques combined with our secret blends and recipes gives us our signature taste that we've become renowned for.
Growing up with parents born on both sides of the Island, Mum from St Catherine and Dad from St Elizabeth, Summers were spent visiting family each year and food had always played a huge role in any Jamaican family.
Enjoying Auntie's special dishes, watching the traditional way of cooking, gabbing our favourite Patties and loving those road side Jerk Pits, these times created core memories for us and we want to give our guests just a taste of what that means to us.
Our Jamaican culture... nothing can come close; The laid back vibe, the happy go lucky feel and always being here for a good time. It's something we want to bring into the restaurant for your to experience each time you step in.
